Short answer
We have not published an agency ranking. None of the candidates in our file has all 3 checks documented: an active RUC tax registration, an Asunción office and 20 active city listings. You can use public sources for the following checks before signing.
Check the RUC
Ask for the agency’s legal name and RUC number. Paraguay’s DNIT provides taxpayer details and RUC certificates without a login. Match the name on the certificate to the name on the offer.
Review the listings
Open recent listings from the same agency and confirm that the properties are in Asunción. Record neighborhood, price, floor area and photos. A portal result count does not prove that a particular property remains available.
Get terms in writing
Before paying, request the commission, extra charges, deposit, term and refund conditions in writing. Confirm the price and availability of the specific property.
