What helps us correct quickly

- The wrong fact and the value you found.
- Proof if you have it: a photo, receipt or official link, with its date.
- Your contact details, if you agree to hear back from us.
What we do with your report
We check the fact against the proof level the ranking's grid requires, then fix the page in all 6 languages. The check date shown changes only after new proof.
A ranked business can also report a wrong fact about itself. Its rank changes based on the proof the grid requires, under the same rules for everyone.
Removing a review or photo
Our pages do not quote any Google Maps review or photo today. When they do, each quote will carry its author, its date and a link to the original.
Their author, the business concerned or Google can ask us to remove them. We remove them within 72 hours from every page and every language, and they do not come back in later updates.
